The City of Cleburne is proud to present its brand new 45,000 square foot Cleburne Conference Center, capable of meeting the most discerning needs of event and convention planners, The facility will include a 4,344 sq. ft. exhibit hall that will divide into two rooms of 1,275 sq. ft. and 3,069 sq. ft. each, a 10,302 sq. ft. exhibit hall, 297 seat state-of-the-art theater that can be used for general sessions and seminars, two smaller meeting rooms as well as two large prep kitchens, one for each exhibit hall and a 2,000 sq. ft. pre-function lobby area If additional space is needed there is also a 5,250 sq. ft. senior center adjacent to the facility, bringing the total meeting space available to over 20,000 sq. ft. The new center will also provide over 500 free parking spaces, making parking for visitors easy and economical.

Other facilities are available, both free standing as well as in area hotels, that will accommodate anywhere from 30 to 300 attendees and several professional catering companies are ready to help make your event one to remember.

Convention Services

The Cleburne Chamber of Commerce Convention & Visitors Bureau is working diligently to be prepared to assist in any way necessary to insure that the Cleburne Conference Center is viewed as a first class facility with first class service. To that end we are willing to provide the following services to attendees:

1. Assisting conference center personnel during meeting planners site visits.
2. Supplying tour package and local entertainment information.
3. Referring meeting planners to local firms who can provide convention services.
4. Supply data for local attractions and banquet facilities.
5. Assist in promoting the new convention center using existing and new promotional materials.
6. Assist in procuring give-a-ways for attendees of meetings/conferences.
7. Assist with transportation needs of attendees.
8. Set up VIP welcome with local and/or state elected officials.
9. Provide conference room at the Chamber Visitors Center for conferences with meeting planners as needed.
10. Placement of VIP gift bags in rooms of convention dignitaries and/or speakers.
11. Provide collateral material to meeting planners to include in mailings to help with meeting/conference attendance.
12. Provide volunteer help during large meetings/conferences whenever possible.
